Rehab Associates of Chicago

Tiffany O'Hern PA-C recently joined Rehab Associates of Chicago as a Physician Assistant. She originally became familiar with the practice when she rotated through the department as a Physician Assistant student at Rush University. Tiffany completed her undergraduate degree (B.S.) in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness and Health at Purdue University. From there she completed a Dietetic Internship at Ingalls Memorial Hospital. She continued working at Ingalls as a Clinical Dietician serving patients in the hospital as well as teaching nutrition classes. Tiffany obtained her Master of Science degree from Rush University in Physician Assistant Studies graduating first in her class. Before joining Rehab Associates of Chicago, Tiffany worked with the Department of Medicine at Rush University.
